On Monday 8/29/16, Mohegan FD Car 2263, 2264, 2266, Ladder 10, and Utility 80 covered the Croton-on-Hudson Fire Department at their Washington Engine Company No. 2 station starting at 6:30pm. Verplanck Fire Department Car 2491 and Engine 128 also stood by with our dept to cover Croton. Croton FD is training at a department-wide drill at the Westchester County Fire Training Center and most of their apparatus and manpower was out of their district. All mutual aid units were returned by 11pm with no runs during the standby.
