At approximately 1:40pm today Saturday 5/12/18, Mohegan FD’s FAS-Team was requested to respond mutual aid to Continental Village FD for a confirmed structure fire on Sprout Brook Rd in Cortlandt. Mohegan FD Car 2263, 2267, and Engine 257 with a total of 6 FAS-Team members responded and upon arrival stood by on scene until the fire was extinguished. Mohegan FD cleared the scene by 2:20pm. Putnam Valley FD and Putnam County Bureau of Emergency Services Battalion 17 assisted Continental Village FD on scene.
