On Wednesday 10/16/24, Mohegan FD made another fire prevention visit of the day. This time our Fire Prevention Team visited Child Time Learning Center in Mohegan Lake. The kids learned about fire safety, calling 911, and Stop Drop and Roll. The kids also not to see our turnout gear and got a special visit from Sparky the Fire Dog. The kids also got to see Engine 254 and Ladder 10 up close and learned about the equipment carried on it. The visit ended with the children being able to hold a hose.
