On Monday morning 6/10/24 at approximately 3am, Mohegan FD was requested to relocate and standby at Somers FD Headquarters with our ladder. Somers FD and other mutual aid fire depts were operating at a working commercial structure fire on Rt 6 in Somers. Mohegan FD Car 2262 and Ladder 10 relocated to Somers FD and stoodby with Golden’s Bridge FD Engine 140. At approximately 4am, the 2nd Alarm was transmitted bringing the relocates (Mohegan FD and Golden’s Bridge FD) to the scene of this fire. Mohegan FD assisted on scene and returned to service at 6am.
