On Friday night 8/6/21, Mohegan FD's FAS-Team responded mutual aid to Verplanck for a 3rd Alarm structure fire in the Coachlight Square condominium complex. Verplanck FD and mutual aid from Montrose FD, Croton FD, Buchanan FD, Montrose VA FD, Ossining FD, Continental Village FD, Putnam Valley FD, Yorktown FD, Peekskill FD, Mahopac FD, Potantico Hills FD, and Garrison FD assisted on scene for numerous hours. Upon arrival, Engine 256 was redirected to establish a fill site for tanker operations on Kings Ferry Rd. Once the fire was knocked down in the numerous condo units, Mohegan FD went to work to assist in overhaul operations.
