Today we remember September 11, 2001. May We Never Forget!

This large American flag was donated to the department a few days after September 11, 2001. It was displayed on the side of headquarters on East Main Street (Route 6) and illuminated at night to show support for the country in the weeks that followed.

This photo features Engine 258 and Ladder 10 (1996 Spartan/Smeal, now retired) and was taken during the week of September 11, 2001, after Engine 258 returned home from service at Ground Zero.
