On Thursday 11/14/19, the Mohegan FD took delivery of the new Car 2263. This vehicle is a 2019 Chevrolet Tahoe and the upfit was completed Hudson Valley Fire Equipment, LLC in Brewster. The new vehicle will be placed into service in the upcoming days. This vehicle’s upfit is very similar to our two 2017 Chief/Command vehicles. This vehicle was purchased this summer from DeNooyer Chevrolet in Colonie NY. This vehicle will be assigned to 2nd Assistant Chief Ken Dunnings and his current 2014 Ford Expedition command vehicle will be reassigned. Photos are courtesy of Hudson Valley Fire Equipment.
